I think it may be worth adding modal shortcuts for various modal menus in pixieditor. The save dialog on quit could make use of these alà Blender. When you fail to save a file before closing, Blender presents the user with this modal:
From this state, the user has the option to click either button to confirm their choice. However, they can also type one of the underlined keys suggested (i.e. ‘d’, ‘c’ or ‘s’) for Don’t Save, Cancel and Save respectively.
This is a minor thing but it could be huge for keyboard enthusiasts
