it would be helpful to migrate stuff from krita for an easier workflow (specially to edit text since krita text tool is terrible currently lmao)

I 2nd this. I bought the supporter pack for PixiEditor immediately because I love the features and want to support the devs, but I find that it’s lacking some basics that I NEED to practice art with it. Most files that are provided in tutorials are for ClipStudio or Photoshop. PixiEditor can’t open any layer file but it’s own as far as I can tell. If it could just import a .kra then at least I could use Krita to convert .psd into .kra and open it in Pixi that way.
