Basically, ever since updating to the new version, it keeps crashing/freezing on me but I don’t understand why? This is what I’m working with for a computer and it never did this apart from the rare freeze/crash before the update. My canvas size is 1000 by 1000 pixels and I do have about 12 layers currently? I had a lot more with a larger canvas size (5 inch by 8 inch) in the last version.
Was the previous version 1.2.5.0?
Version 2.0 has a bit higher requirements and looking at your pc specs, you might feel it.
You can always downgrade to version 1.0 by downloading Release 1.2.5.0 · PixiEditor/PixiEditor · GitHub (make sure to disable auto updates in the settings) or by selecting “pixieditor-1.0” beta channel in steam.
That’s actually perfect, thank you! I do like some of the new features but the older version is much gentler on my computer. Maybe they could make two different PixiEditors so its a little easier to figure out which one you have
