Cannot build and run from source on x64 Mac

Following build instructions linked from website at: Compilation Guide | PixiEditor Docs

Build/run fails ending with:
Invalid api URL format: Invalid URI: The URI is empty.

According to your information, it built successfully as

“Invalid api URL format: Invalid URI: The URI is empty.” is displayed when running the app, not building.

But I assume nothing shows up, is that right?

Actually I don’t know if it builds successfully. Only that at finish there are no errors listed, only warnings, nothing runs, and following the warnings is

Invalid api URL format: Invalid URI: The URI is empty.
