I tried making a 9x9 picture, but the exported image is different from what i made
I’m investigating the issue, thanks for reporting.
To workaround this, you can try resizing whole image before exporting.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I (or Image → Resize Image in menu), change the size to 18px by 18px (or 200%), click resize and then export. After that you can undo resizing.

I have fixed the issue. It will be in tomorrow’s update 2.0.0.63

2.0.0.63 is live, it should work as expected now

The Update didn’t work for me. It’s still doing that

I’m still on 2.0.0.62 and it won’t update
