# Tutorial: Creating a Chrome Ball with PixiEditor 2

Hello,

I discovered PixiEditor at LGM26. To become more familiar with it, I rewrote the GIMP tutorial for a Chrome Ball using PixiEditor. The workflow is completely different. In fact, I even ported the GEGL panorama projection filter to a Skia shader to achieve my goal. Please let me know if there is anything in the tutorial that seems completely stupid.

I was not able to find PixiEditor on mastadon, otherwise I would have tagged you in my post there.
