APNG format file extension & loop

When exporting an Animation and selecting the type PNG/APNG Images (*.png), whatever the name of the file (eg. example.apng) is it will always be ended with .png - it should default to and allows .apng (LTS on Windows 11).

Also, the animated image does not loop, it is only animated once.

As far as my research went, .apng is not a standard choice for animated png. I mean it is used of course, but specs of .png file include animations and some other editors might not recognize .apng even though it is still a valid png
